Vayam has won the prestigious Turnkey Contract for Supply, Installation, Integration, Commissioning and Maintenance of DNS Solution on turnkey basis for BSNL Network. This Contract will hugely help us in deepening our footprint within BSNL, the largest ISP and Telecom Service Provider in India, where we are already executing Web-Filtering and Anti-Spam projects, Satellite Modem Project and has been recently declared successful bidder in Hybrid Microwave Project.
Vayam will supply, install, test and commission DNS System at BSNL Sites in Bangalore, Chennai, Ernakulum, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Noida, Agartala & Chandigarh. We will also provide implementation of DNS Management System at BSNL Data Centers in Bangalore and Pune and integration with the existing MPLS based IP infrastructure and Broad Band network already deployed in BSNL. We will assist BSNL with Operation & Maintenance during 1‐Year Warranty Period and comprehensive AMC of Hardware and Software for 7 years.
DNS System helps customers to seamlessly browse across various websites and provides the IP address for the website requested by the customer, thereby facilitating network elements to use the corresponding IP addresses delivered by the DNS System for the website being requested by the customer. The new DNS System shall upgrade the current DNS System to a very robust, faster and high speed DNS System that will eliminate most of the above customer complaints. It shall also cater IPv4, dual stack & IPv6 DNS traffic, apart from DNS4, DNS6, DNS64 and DNSSEC. It shall also work as Secure Caching DNS & Secure Authoritative Secondary DNS for BSNL Data Network
