Vayam wins its first Smart City Project

Vayam welcomed the New Year with the award of the prestigious Aizawl Smart City project.

We have been appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to bring the project to life, in consortium with WAPCOS Limited.

The Aizawl Smart City project is an initiative under the Prime Minister’s Smart City Mission. Conceived with the idea to improve the services for the citizens, the project is the harbinger of an overall development of the city.

Vayam will be providing its ace IT/ ICT Consultancy Expertise to Aizawl Smart City Limited (ASCL). Our services are required on six major grounds; Project Management, Project Design and Development, Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Report, Bid Process Management and Implementation and Supervision of PAN city IT/ICT Solutions.

We would be engaged in the procurement, design, cost control, scheduling, risk management, monitoring, auditing and reporting, along with fund raising, utilizing and management. Surveys, fund raising activities, situational analysis, cost benefit analysis and investigation would be our tools to suggest the best for the success of the project.

We have signed the agreement with the CEO of ASCL on 11th February 2019, confirming their acceptance of the collaboration.
