- Please log your calls on OCMS (Online Call Management System) for help from Tech- support.
- In case you need to speak to some body in Tech Support, please use the Helpdesk No. 272.
Some Guidelines:
- Internet - Internet Facility is provided for official use, please avoid personal use of the same.
- Cutting CDs - Prior approval required from your Reporting Officer (R.O).
- Scanning - Users can scan their documents by themselves after seeking authorization from the concerned R.O
- Downloads - Since there is a Download Limit, in case you are authorized to download something which goes beyond the prescribed limit, please Contact Tech Support to facilitate the same.
- Mails - Users can send mails Greater than 2MB from the system available at Tech Support only after the approval from R.O
- Security - Internet Facility including emails is under tight scrutiny. Anybody found indulging in any kind of misuse, theft of Intellectual Property of the Company, unauthorized access etc. will be dealt with strictly.
- Network use - Please don?t allow your visitors to access our network from our infrastructure or from the alien laptops.
- Antivirus- Please keep the antivirus software always current on your desktops/laptops.
- Spamming ? Not allowed. Plz avoid spamming.
